Platform role
ReputeHK is a neutral experience-sharing platform for Hong Kong. We host what signed-in users write about their own experience with a named insurance agent, and we show agent profiles. Praise and complaints are both shown.
We are not: - an insurer; - an insurance agent or intermediary; - a party that takes commission or sells leads.
Nothing on this site is legal advice or insurance advice. Shares are not a ranking and not a recommendation.
Experience shares
Write about your own experience. Do not post for someone else, invent a story, or include another person’s private data.
Right of Reply: a linked agent may post one factual reply per share and cannot delete negative shares.
No paid ranking
Listing order and scores are not for sale. An agent cannot buy stars, rank, or a verified badge.
Licence display
A “Licence checked (platform)” badge means our admins manually reviewed a licence number the agent submitted. It is not an Insurance Authority endorsement. Check the IA Register of Licensed Insurance Intermediaries yourself. Agents must submit a licence number that is accurate and current. We may remove a badge if we learn it is wrong or has been revoked.
Accounts
Sign-in is with a Google account. Do not impersonate someone else, stuff reviews from extra accounts, review yourself, or coordinate fake shares. We may suspend an account or remove content that breaks these terms or the law.
Processors
Vercel hosts the site, Turso stores the database, and Google provides sign-in.
Cookies
We use only the login session cookie, so you stay signed in. We do not use advertising cookies or tracking cookies.
Retention and deletion requests
We keep account data while the account exists. A published share stays up until you ask us to remove it, or we remove it under these terms. A linked agent cannot delete a negative share. Verification proof files are destroyed or permanently redacted after the badge decision, or within 30 days, whichever comes first. Email reputehongkong@gmail.com to ask for access, correction, or deletion. You may also complain to the PCPD. Details are in the Privacy Policy.
Limitation and law
The platform is provided as-is, for information only. These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong.

沒有付費排名
列表次序和分數都不出售。代理人不能付款購買星級、排名或驗證標籤。
牌照顯示
「平台已核對牌照」表示我們的管理員已人手核對代理人提交的牌照號碼。這不是保險業監管局的認可。請自行查閱持牌保險中介人登記冊。代理人須提交正確及仍然有效的牌照號碼。若我們知悉號碼錯誤或已被撤銷，可以移除標籤。
帳戶
以 Google 帳戶登入。不得冒充他人、以額外帳戶灌水、自我評價，或串謀虛假分享。若帳戶或內容違反本條款或法律，我們可以暫停帳戶或移除內容。
資料處理者
Vercel 負責網站寄存，Turso 負責資料庫，Google 負責登入。
Cookie
我們只用登入工作階段 cookie，讓你保持登入。我們沒有廣告 cookie，也沒有追蹤 cookie。
保存與刪除要求
帳戶資料在帳戶仍然存在時保存。已發布的分享會保留，直至你要求移除，或我們按本條款移除。已連結的代理人不能刪除負面分享。驗證用的證明檔案會在標籤決定後銷毀或永久遮蔽，或於 30 日內處理，以較早者為準。如需查閱、改正或刪除，請電郵 reputehongkong@gmail.com。你亦可向個人資料私隱專員公署投訴。詳情見私隱政策。
